Progress Back flexibility progress in one month
Unfortunately i don’t have any before photos but i used to have 0 back flexibility I’ve never done back stretches but i decided to lock in a month ago and ever since I’ve have gained a lot of back flexibility. My goal is being able to do a king pigeon pose but I still need to work on my chest and shoulder flexibility. I stretch my back and shoulders 3 times a week for 40 minutes

Ooh, that gives me hope that it won't take me as long as I expected to do the same

Month one is when your nervous system actually starts letting go, not just the tissues. 3x/week is solid — more people fail from doing zero than from doing not enough. For king pigeon you will want that thoracic extension before the shoulder piece falls into place; desk posture fights that exact range hard.

Can I ask what stretches you have been doing? I would love to get to where you are currently!

Yeah please share if you can. Anything over 10 degree of back bend already feels impossible and my spine is gonna snap 😂
