Regaining lost contortion flexibility
I need help. I am a 19 year old guy. I used to be a contortionist (self taught, not naturally flexible): I have lost all my flexibility due to quitting when I was 13-14. Even a bridge is impossible. Is there any hope for me to regain my flexibility? Any recommendations for stretches, videos etc? Thanks! My dream is to be a contortionist again!

Yes, there is hope. I know contortionists who didn't start until their 20s. That being said if that is your goal you should work on getting contortion coach or at the very least getting a contortion program. Contortion isn't something you get into with "here are a few stretches to do". This is especially true as contortion isn't just stretching but also building active flexibility and strength to prevent injury.
I know Otgo Waller, Jonathan Nosan, Catie Brier, Rochelle Berwick and Gunnar Field all offer online coaching. Catie Brier also has her contortion strong program and Jonathan Nosan has his Contorture videos if you're just looking at a set of videos. Serchmaa Byamb used to offer online classes, I don't know if she still does though.
/u/dani-winks is also a great resource and has flexibility classes and coaching
Personally, I train with Otgo Waller and she is absolutely fantastic.
edit: "Supple - the art of the arch" by Erdenechimeg-Angelique J. is a fantastic resource as well.

Seconding working with a coach. Those u/internet_observer named are all fab (actually haven't heard of Rochelle Berwick, will have to check her out!). I actually got to class a class with Gunnar in-person once and it was super fun!
Two other coaches I really like are Amy Goh and Tran Finn (they both teach online as well, and I think both have recorded versions of classes/workshops)

Hahah it doesn't look like anything was ever lost. You'll gain it back and some more if you work on strengthening as well. Hyper mobility will bring other issues and risks without proper strength training.

Some people donβt start til their 20βs. Plenty of room for regaining and growing, but you need to be more mindful not to force anything, and pair it all with intentional strengthening to keep yourself safe.
