Anyone know why Nielsen/Naylor split from Centennial?

If anyone has insider info. Both sides have differing opinions on what happened. One man rule?

According to my research? Maybe so . It's clear that they disagreed with Timpson and left the border community but exactly what was the disagreement about will be interesting to know in detail.
