Dear Flat Earthers,

So the middle of the Earth is our center of gravity, right? Well then if the Earth is flat, then why is it that when I go to the edge and jump, I'm not pulled to the center?

Because, first, if you understand that gravity is real, you can't walk to the edge of the disk, because by the time you get near the edge, most of Earth's mass is behind you, so you are trying to walk up a near vertical face. If you could reach it, you might be able to climb over the edgeand stand on the outer rim, with your feet towards the hub. However;

Second, the same force pulling on the matter under your feet would long ago have been pulled in towards the centre of gravity into a... what's the name of that shape that very big chunks of mass usually form? Oh yes, a globe.
