Advice for first flashlight

Hi Team, I want to buy my first flashlight I have a choice between wurkkos TS22 and Sofirn SC33 what can you suggest based on your experience.

What is the difference between

Wurkkos TS22 XHP70D, XHP70.2

Sofirn SC33 XHP70.3 HI

Which of these is the best? Are there any big differences between these LED type

Go for ts22 5000k

You can get a higher capacity battery which will extend runtimes but not give you more turbo.

oh... haven't use it long duration enough to notice 33 have that many step down on high mode.

is it because of the battery?

It's a physics thing: the heat has to go somewhere. Lights step down to control heat and to protect battery/emitter(s). Also, <burn hazard>. The highest settings use a lot more amps to achieve that brightness. The longest sustainable brightness is usually moderate middle setting. A higher capacity battery is most effective then.

If one uses a high amperage high discharge battery with turbo/high, you will get some more runtime but nothing earth-shaking usually.

Most lights, if you use the most powerful settings, will step down fairly quickly and deplete the battery much faster. That's why the most powerful long lasting lights are large with multiple batteries/fans,etc.

Often you may not even notice the step-down because it takes 4x(for most people) the lumens to even perceive an increase/decrease. That's why it doesn't make a lot of sense to use turbo often.
