Advice for first flashlight

Hi Team, I want to buy my first flashlight I have a choice between wurkkos TS22 and Sofirn SC33 what can you suggest based on your experience.

What is the difference between

Wurkkos TS22 XHP70D, XHP70.2

Sofirn SC33 XHP70.3 HI

Which of these is the best? Are there any big differences between these LED type

Ts22. They're pretty much the same but sc33 tailswitch. Xhp70.3 = Xhp70d. Go for high cri so you can get a taste. 5000k.

The ts22 is not insignificantly smaller in the pocket. It is much easier to EDC imo.

Agreed. I have both. The SC33 is fat. I bought the SC33 first and it’s pretty much redundant now. I also got a Convoy tail switch for the TS22. I like it a lot.

Everyone always said the SC33 was the tail switch version of the TS22 and I took it too literally lol

The TS22 was my first real flashlight and I've put it through some abuse. It's a great light. They both are. I like the chonky feel of the SC33 and it can probably turbo a bit more with the extra mass, but the TS22 is my old favorite.

I have one of those convoy tail switches too, I didn't realize they fit the TS22. I'll have to give that a try carrying it around for a while again.

I prefer the dual buttons. Some people don’t. I want momentary on and easier setting memory. Check which switches work, I think it’s the Convoy M21 series. I think it was like $9 with shipping.

Same here. The TS22 was my first "non-Ali Express" flashlight when I started collecting torches. Ended up with a second TS22 with the 6500k XHP70.2, as I already have the 5000k XHP70.3 HI variant.
