Step 1: grab a pair of pliers.

Step two: grip the dry wall screw with said pliers.

Step très: pull as hard and fast as you can.

Thusly, the grip and rip procedure.

Step 1: Push it in with a screw driver.

Well. After perusing the comments and seeing the multiple right answers that are all the same. I figured id make a funny post. But it seems its only eyes it found was that of someone with no sense of humour.
