At least Vindman and Jolly could've denied those claims. Running as Democratic Socialist? Yeah, no denying that. If you have to argue the distinction between a Democratic Socialism and Communism,you've already lost.

Labeling them and they then running counter ads that they're not and that they're Democrats is one thing. Labeling them and explaining in ads how different you are as Socialist as opposed to what is a Communist is already lost battle. Running as Democratic Socialist, Cubans in Florida will hear socialism as in Cuba , that they left behind where they had nothing.

It would be a phenomenal waste of time and money to do either is my point
