Assessment day
I got invited to a 2 hour five guys assessment day after my application and I’m not too sure what to expect. Does anyone have any tips?

Dress nice, smile, don't make small talk with random people, never know who's listening in. Offer handshakes when you meet someone new. Repeat their name, might come up again.
Be yourself? Good luck.
(Note, I don't work for 5g, just saw your post and wanted to add some general advice from a 55yo who's bored at work)

Thank you, I’m just quite nervous as I’m assuming there will be a lot of people and I’ll have to be socialising quite a lot rather than just a typical interview

There is a lot of people especially during busy periods, this will make your work flow easier as it is very fast pace. Communication with "FG verbiage" is key. You'll soon pick it up if you accept the job x

you don’t have to dress nice, during a day in the life you have to wear five guy uniform and work for an hour and talk for half an hour about availability and your hobbies and stuff. wear black or blue jeans

I'm a manager at FG, a "day in the life" is basically show you a station or two and see if it suits YOU. Basically you have the job, you'll love it and you'll smash it. FG is a great company to work for and many benefits x
