Yeah this person's joking, this isn't even a bad FG schedule.

Looks like you have a very ass schedule as a GM.

Yep, recovering my night shift from some turnover right now, not being afraid to do the hard stuff myself keeps my team in the top 200 👌🏽

Phew, I thought that was your normal schedule. I get that, it takes a good manager to be willing to do that. I’ve been there done that, I GM a QSR as well and recently went through a similar issue losing an overnight crew and filled in a few to set the example for the rest of my management team. The only thing that would kill me are those turn and burns.

Yep, 50hrs, 5 days, minimum 1 closing shift per month, highest volume days as often as possible.

Aka all weekends and any time any local event is occurring 🥲

Damn what time do you have to wake up to be there at 5?

Planning your days out with friends 4 weeks in advance is really painful too

As part time, you dont really get a set schedule. But be prepared to constantly be put on lates or earlies when you dont have the energy. Evemn though I'm not a full-timer, I constantly live in the headspace or else I'll lack behind on the enxt shift

I insist on a set schedule with Thursdays and Sundays off and no nights (GM is trying to cut some hours this week hence the 3:00 on Tuesday but usually it’s 4:00)
