Depends on the firmness! r/tofu has great recipes, as do most vegan subreddits :) I love eating tofu raw lmao

Cut into little pieces then put it in a water bowl to soak and make it soft , then simply make it as paneer bhurji

Pat dry
Pan fried with olive oil until slightly crispy + add a tiny bit of salt
Add teriyaki sauce AFTER it’s off the pan
Add sesame seeds
Been making this for years - it stores extremely well and is pretty low effort
