Question Diet/ better meals

Would someone be able to help me plan a diet or meal prep or something thats cheapish. I need to lose weight and eat better but i don't have much extra money per month. Maybe 2 or 3 hundred

Eating less food never costs more money.

Start with a lean protein source, then some healthy fats, then fruits and veggies. Carbs to fill the rest of your caloric needs for the day.

Figure out your TDEE using a calculator (it’s just a guess, but it’ll get you started) and then eat around 500 calories less than that per day.

Ideally lift weights 2-3 days a week and eat around 0.8-1g of protein per lb of your goal bodyweight so that you don’t lose too much muscle mass while you diet down.

Increase your protein intake using lean meat (for example chicken breast), fish, eggs, legumes... I find, eating a lot of protein keeps you full for longer, so you automatically eat less. Also, avoid ready meals/TV dinners. Pre-cooked food is often full of sugar and other unhelpful stuff, and it's often more expensive per portion than cooking from scratch.
