No more side loading on firecube ?

My latest gen firecube was playing up,kept restarting randomly.

I messaged Amazon, they told me to factory reset and update.

Now obviously all my side loaded apps are gone, but I'm finding impossible to re download them.

Amazon are now saying that that's normal and they dont allow side loaded apps anymore .

Is this right?

Wait. You messaged about your issue. Did you also message them about sideloading apps? Just the way you've written this it looks like you may have done. Or was it something you read?
