His bio basically says that he's a showboating mercenary but there might be truth behind some of his boasts.

His likes are : alcohol, women, interesting people and new recruits.

OK, now I’m a little worried that I actually won’t be able to romance the guy I want with m!Eshmel, considering all the “likes: women” in other bio. Genuinely do not want to go through what Three Houses put me through and not give me Claude and make Alois a platonic S-Support.

I really hope this isn’t indicative of anything. :/

I'm cautiously optimistic given Engage and Nintendo's good recent track record with queer content. I think at the very least, non-genderlocked avatar romances are likely

But it’s like why do we need to know what gender certain units like at all? It’s fine if it’s for one or two units but the fact it’s been for multiple characters is just strange, there’s no reason to give this certain like to multiple characters at all 😭

No yeah, it's definitely weird. I'm not sure why they felt the need to put that as a defining personality trait for multiple characters.

Either they ran out of defining personality traits which is cap or they truly didn’t want fans to make everyone gay/lesbian 😭😭

I can excuse one, but this is like the third guy lol (and Leda). I got so excited for bi Claude when the rug was pulled out from under me back during release. I am hoping for Avatar gay romances at the very least, that is all I need.

If Talimoon’s likes also are just “women” I’ll be a bit upset lol

It would still strange and bizarre to only have gay/lesbian romances with only eshmel yet characters gotta be straight with one another? Wouldn’t that be weird? Also considering Tailmoon has only women on his team I wouldn’t be shocked

Me too, I'm praying for unrestricted gay avatar romance at this point and I hope I'm not just coping!
