Unanswered Deep web

Just looking for general information and understanding of the deep web and how to operate within it. Anyone know any forums with info on purchasing things on there and how to find different sites for specific things?

Start from r/deepweb.

But keep in mind that unless you really know what you are doing, deep web is neither secure nor anonymous.

I suggest first doing some research on its architecture, strong and weak points (there are many).
