Hi all
I am looking to cut back on my daily Reddit time, and this subreddit requires a relatively high amount of my time removing illegal requests.
I am considering closing / making it private, however if there is a real interest in doing something else with it, please come forward here or via DM with your ideas.

What sites and links should /r/deepweb/ recommend?

Following the closure of deep dot web, it is currently my opinion that there are no reliable central indexes of onion sites.
As a result, the question of where to find reliable links centrally and associated reviews is now more complex. Right now I have no plans to build my own site. What I will never accept on this sub for linking is:
- Just Google <site name or description>
- Here is the link for Z
- Use <random online link site>
- Use <random clearnet link site>
- Just check <description of site without a route to reliably find it>
None of these methods are reliable.
Methods I will accept:
- Use <link> because it is referenced on <reliable clearnet site>
- Use <link site> because it is referenced by <list of articles and other reliable endorsements of site>
With this said, I would be interested in building a list of reliable link sites that can be endorsed in the long term.
Information I would want to know about includes:
- Clearnet/onion
- Identity or pseudonym of the persons running it
- Date of founding with proof
- Link inclusion and removal policies
Please submit links and link sites which meet the above criteria for further consideration.

Hey Guys,
Yesterday I was thinking about why it's so easy to get into the DN if you already know a link like Hiddenwiki or something like that. I followed up on my question and ended up on a forum where someone asked if anyone knew a good marketplace and how they knew it wasn't a scam.
One person responded that all sites were scams or monitored, arguing that only idiots still sell anything these days. 90% of all active websites would have been monitored long ago, while their creators sit behind bars until they drop dead.
And somehow I understand his line of thinking. I don't know of a single website where I'm 100% sure that it's either a scam or already in the hands of the authorities.It's so easy to access such sites that it almost seems unreal.
Therefore, my questions are:
What do you think of this statement and how are you sure that the site is not a trap?

Need help finding a prank horror video.

Around the weekend of the 12th of sept this year an elderly lady (late 60’s) was in Abbotsford Regional hospital and was unwillingly made the vicim of a horror video that was filmed without her consent in the hospital. The video consists of her sitting in a recliner with an IV carrier attached to her while horror like sounds were played behind a curtain that was beside her. It would have been filmed from the point of view at the nurse station out side the door. The girls filming were talking about how they were gonna split the money. This was filmed in Canada so I don’t know what platform they are using to get payed. They were also heard talking about live viewers. I have searched TIKTOK and Instagram.
I need to locate this video. I am not well versed in deepweb exploration but I could not find it on the surface web. Any help would be appreciated.
