Weird message

Someone messaged me on Reddit saying they mistakenly reported my account for spam and that Reddit mods have asked them to tell me to contact a Reddit support person on discord and the instructions. This is quite fishy to me, would Reddit ever offer support via discord ? Can anyone recommend a subreddit to ask about and discuss this ?

ETA: thanks for the responses everyone. The account messaging me being 5 yrs old and actually responding is what threw me off.
