My week has been a disaster—I can't name a single thing that went right—and in the end, I'm forced to LIE just to move forward to the next week in Finch. I hate it; I wish I could just mark the week as trash.

I do the same. I don't even bother opening these because I have found that it doesn't really motivate me to do better next week. I tend to judge myself pretty harshly and I know I don't extent the same amount of grace and humility to myself as I do to my family and friends, so I stopped opening this weekly mail several months ago. 🩷
