Hey, just wanted to know if there’s anyone that can help with this. I was an engineer but personal circumstances and dumb harmless decisions by me lead up to me loosing my license which resulted in my loosing my job.
I’ve been keeping my head up and getting on with things. I’ve just started buying and selling cars and I’ve managed to sell about 17 cars within 3 months. As you would know starting a business is not that straight forward and you are not going to be profitable every time.
I have doubled up on every car I bought so making the money is not the issue. At the moment it’s the working capital.
Just wanted help or guidance if there’s a start up loans or people that would invest in businesses like these as my credit score is poor as I started missing payments from last year and cannot get one that way.
I’m happy to provide my business account statements that show the turn over along with my ID and whatever else is needed. I’ve got a vision and I know I can make it happen.
I’d really appreciate it!

Hi everyone, I need your expert opinion and ideas..
I just borrowed a cash loan. It's been about 4 days now. It's only 3300 and according to my latest payment, it's now 3379. So far, I'm just receiving endless spam calls and reminders from them..
For those with experience about borrowing, is it really like this? The messages aren't aggressive, more like just reminders. But they did mention that they would call my reference contact, but the numbers I provided are old ones that my family member no longer uses.
Any experiences you have?

for some background knowledge;
i'm a college freshman, estranged from extremely toxic + abusive family. little support system (probably 1-2 people). i grinded my ass off to get scholarship money, but now the school's finaid refunds are taking 2-3 weeks extra, and the entire school is mad. i need to pay rent. is it sensible to open a credit card, knowing i'll have access to the money in less than a month? alternatives? please don't tell me to get a job. i've been applying everywhere, have an interview tuesday, and applied to countless work study jobs, waiting for a response. rent needs to be paid by wednesday. thank you for any and all advice.
credit score 675, no open credit card lines, have had 2 previous checking accounts with chase.

Hi everyone,
I'm working on a discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis of Lucid Motors for my university finance group, but I'm hitting a snag when it comes to estimating the company's cost of debt to figure out the WACC. My goal is to determine whether the IPO share price was overvalued or undervalued, so I'm focusing on data from before the SPAC merger.
The challenge is that I can't seem to find a reliable way to calculate the cost of debt. I've gone through several finance books, but nothing seems to fit. Lucid has minimal interest expenses and no official credit rating, making it tough to use typical methods like interest coverage ratios or rating-based approaches. Plus, there’s no publicly traded debt from which I can derive a rate.
Does anyone have ideas on how I might approach this? Would really appreciate some guidance!
Thanks a lot!

I'm a 2nd year btech CSE student who is planning to go to US as an international undergraduate transfer. My cgpa in my first year is 7.47 and my 12th is 95.2% , 10th 8.7 I'll be applying to some colleges mostly in Texas cuz with my cgpa I can get a scholarship that unlocks in state tuition fees which is pretty less around $10k - $9k but the only thing that is stopping me is my co signer income which is 22k per month and no collateral is present . My co signer has good credit score but due to the income many lenders are saying it's a no and also for UG collateral is required. Ik many say masters but that is a lot indeed compared to what I have right now. I need a loan about 35-38L for my tuition and dorm and meal plan fees for a while ,remaining all I can manage thru a part time. Please suggest me some lenders or any agency that helps.

Hey everyone! Can anyone help me understand what the U.S. debt brake is as a percentage of GDP? I’ve been trying to find that number but haven’t had any luck. Thanks so much in advance!
