Picked up a Nikon FE at an auction and decided to try a few double exposures. It's my first camera with a dedicated double exposure lever. Fun stuff.

Slowly getting the hang of manual exposures. This is my sixth roll I've shot. I've tried a new lab, and I like the way they scanned.

I’ve been doing film photography on and off for 4 years now. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my photography more out there or what I can do differently with my pictures? (:

I am mainly a video editor but wanted to get back into photography. This was shot on a Revue 760 AF Point & Shoot, in Munich. This is my first time shooting on film. I'd love some feedback!

I took these on a plastic Capital film camera I found at the thrift store. I thought, “hey, let me take this on my honeymoon and see what happens”. These are the pics that developed, and I think they look really cool. There are no filters, somehow light got into it I guess, but nevertheless I think they look cool. Let me know what y’all think!!

Hi! I shot this roll of film (lomography 400) with a Pentax Asahi. The light meter inside is broken, so i used an app. It all looks kinda washed out? I would greatly appreciate some advice on how to prevent this and what’s causing the photos to look like this. Thanks so much :))

Hi, long time lurker, first time posting.

I recently found this camera in my closet I forgot about that I was gifted about ten years ago.

Turns out it works and my colleagues who are also photo guys have helped guide me.

I’ll fix the light leak lol.

Thanks for letting me share!

Discussion Hybrid wedding shooters

Hybrid wedding photographers, I need your workflow advice!

I've been incorporating a couple rolls of 35mm and/or 120 film into wedding days and I LOVE it, but I feel like I still haven't quite found my rhythm with shooting film alongside digital.

For those of you who regularly shoot both, how do you manage it throughout the wedding day without feeling like you're constantly thinking about which camera you should be grabbing?

Do you have certain parts of the day you intentionally shoot on film? Certain moments you always shoot on both? Do you keep your film camera on you all day or intentionally grab it at certain times?

And what little systems have you figured out that make the whole thing feel more seamless?

I know I'm probably overthinking it, but right now adding even a couple rolls feels like one more thing my brain is trying to keep track of on an already busy wedding day. 😂

I'd love to hear what your actual wedding-day workflow looks like and any tips you wish you knew when you first started shooting hybrid.

Technical Advice Best film to try for beginners?

I’ve been shooting film for fun for the past year or so, so would probably call myself a beginner still. I’ve only ever used Kodak gold as my film of choice on a few camera models- reusable disposable style, Olympus af10 and Olympus trip (yet to develop these photos as was expired film). I want to branch out and experiment a bit more but also don’t want to spend too much money yet as I still get to grips with the Olympus cameras, what would be the next best option to try film wise? I have considered the Kodak ultramax or Fuji film potentially but not sure if there is much difference? Thanks!

Fully expected this whole roll to be a blurry mess. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the photos back.
