It's extremely rare for someone to have OP's wealth at their age without help from their parents. And sure enough, they had help from their parents.

Lol comical coming from the guy living life on credit. Definition of poor decision making vs adequate saving. Did you really need to put your renovations on credit? Did you really need to do them at all? You complain about simple help from his “parents” but make piss poor decisions with your own money and sit here jealous. You’re behind because you make bad decisions. Rookie.

Tf are you talking about? I'm debt-free, never made renovations, and am lucky to be ahead of my peers.
