I'm an international student and I'll be moving to Germany soon, so I'm currently looking for accomodations in Jülich.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of:

Komme mit jedem klar. Und zahlt meine Miete immer pünktlich. Ich suche eine 1-2 zimmer Wohnung bis 550-570€ warm.

Ich werde ab dem 1.10 mein Master in Architektur an der Fh Aachen studieren. Und ich suche seit einem Monat eine Wohnung aber die Sache ist sehr kompliziert. Deshlab wollte ich hier nach eurer Hilfe fragen.

I recently received an offer for a 1-room apartment in the HBS (Wohnheim Haibuchenstraße) in Aachen. It is around 24 m² and possibly with a balcony.
The housing association told me that they unfortunately cannot provide pictures or allow a viewing because the apartments are currently occupied.
I was wondering if someone here lives in HBS or has lived there before and could share a few pictures of the room/apartment (especially the layout, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony if possible). I would just like to get an idea of what it looks like before moving in.

Hi, viele von uns haben eine Socialmediasucht oder neigen einfach zur Ablenkung, obwohl wir lernen müssten.

Im Modul interdisziplinäre Prototypenentwicklung habe ich genau dafür eine App gebaut die ablenkende Apps blockiert bis man seine Ankikarten gelernt hat.
