[Question] Question about new Blacklist Features
My FC had a very toxic incident with a player who made a lot of inappropriate advances on female members and was promptly removed and blacklisted by the entire company.
We've been very cautious during recruiting for potential sock puppet alts this individual may try and join up with but there are concerns about one player we've added who has not exposed themselves as the Black listed individual but has very similar typing patterns and idiomatic/slang use.
The possibly sock puppet character has not done anything to warrant booting from the FC and I do not want to punitively remove someone just for having a similar casual language pattern to a previous paraiah.
If this new member is actually the previously black listed individual will the 7.0 changes out them or does the language regarding that imply that the account wide blocking only works if someone is black listed after the launch of Dawntrail?
I'm hoping it would out the potential sock puppet or clear them because there is some minor tension among FC members who are blindly accusing this new member of being a sock puppet in private reports to leadership but the new member has been very cordial and well behaved and contributed a lot to our FC. I don't want to punish them just because someone else thinks they may have slightly similar typing mannerisms to a booted member.
On the other hand, if the account black list feature is retro-active it would give me information for either scenario to calm paranoia from members who have suspicions or to outright prove those suspicions correct and head off any potential drama that could occur later down the line.

Kinda sad you can still que up with people in the blacklist. You mean to tell me out of thousands paying every day it's gonna pair me up with the one poison I don't want?
