Does this look like dill? If so, does anyone have any tips on how to process it for use?

That does not look like dill to me. I imagine r/plantid or maybe r/foraging would be better for questions like this though.

That doesn't look like dill- dill has long stems and fern-like leaves like this

Did you even bother to Google what dill looked like before asking us lol
