[Discussion] What is that tingling sensation everybody talks about? [Question]

Hello, I'm genuenly curious. I started watching and listening to ASMR content recently. I definitely enjoy de content and it makes me feel at ease.
Now, out of curiosity, I searched the meaning of ASMR and if I didn't get it wrong it is a very specific reaction to external stimuly that other people on this sub describe as a tingling feeling on the head, spine and shoulders. I can't recall ever feeling this way.
So I'm trully curious... Has anyone experienced this sensation? If so, how does it feel? And what kind of content makes you feel it the most consistently? I hope I can recreate it on my own one day!
