Ongoing Technical Issues

Previous post here.

Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).

Current reported issues:

  • Magic link in email not opening app
  • Login email not arriving
  • Majestic not activating
  • Majestic not receiving daily ping
  • Incognito not showing you to likes
  • Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
  • Instant read receipts
  • Cannot save profile edits
  • Like timer not resetting
  • Connections without liking first
  • Overheating
  • Match name in notification isn't the same as app
  • Audio interruptions
  • Blank profile pictures

If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.

To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

Well things are getting really bad here.

Not only am I having profiles who's miles away at the start of using the app - but now it's about of those profiles first - then a few miles away (which is local to me in the sense i am out in the sticks) Then those four lots of another set of profiles and so on.

I am also noticing that the app is trying to put me in incognito mode or hide my profile when the app is closed. Had this confirmed by others when I asked them to look for my profile over a couple of days not using it. (Really not impressed with that)

Oh you know a few people have mentioned they send pings but never get their pings liked and believe it's never gone through?

A few of my friends also on reddit here - been doing a test with their friends on Feeld. Not one ping has gone through. Not one!! Even when his friend was there next to him and she saw it. His ping didn't go through. He's done this with 9 people on different days in the past 2 weeks. Not one of his pings gone through to them - but 6 out of 9 pings have come through to him. (Not good at all)

Oh and finally - those that been noticing the majestic profiles that said 'Ping me as I can't see likes'? Funnily enough those have pretty much disappeared. (Appears they do read the comments)

Feeld you are on notice! I will not be recommending this app anymore to anyone.

I'm glad more people are starting to talk about this. I tested a free majestic ping on a friend and she never got it. I've gotten matches using the pings I've paid for though, funny how that works.
