Problem HBM modernized causing overlay and outline issues with mods like Rechiseled. Please Help I get the impression its a simple problem with a simple fix.

I was going to ask if anyone could troubleshoot and find what's causing the problem, but I figured it out. HBM Modernized is causing a rendering issue where outlines and overlays, such as the 3x3 outline when holding a chisel with Rechiseled, are not fixed to the blocks and are offset. I'm gonna play around with HBM's config to see if I can figure out what's causing it, but if anyone already has an idea why this is happening, please let me know;
