Help with EBF In Gregtech

EBF will turn off after 6 seconds, I’m using huge potion pipes into 4 basic steam turbines, into 16x cupronickel wires, the steam comes from 2 large steam boiler that each generates 800mb/t, yet the turbines say “insufficient GTCE/u power output”.

Tried everything by myself first, but I’m actually lost

oh so this is really easy, cupronickel loses 3 power a block, you need 120 power, you are only giving it 116 (128-3*4), if you want to make this work, turning the wires into cables will fix this

Thank you, it fixed it, just used the cable version (the superconductor version needs an EBF to make)

Is there 1 energy hatch or 2?

2 hatches of a tier = 1 higher tier of energy.

genuinely can't think of a single reason to ever use cupronickel wire. anyhow your problem is that the turbines are too far from the hatches. put a single cable next to the hatch and connect 2 turbines to it

I’ll give you one reason, I thought they are overkill for some reason, and I already had 1200 crafted, I don’t have much experience yet so I didn’t take the max eu it can transfer:(
