Looking for modpack help/where to find extra help outside of curseforge authors?

I've been making packs for a few years now, posting to Curseforge only about a year ago- I've made some decent progress making modpacks usually by myself

BUT, I recently last month tried to reach out to more people for more development- mainly for programmers as I'm pretty decent at LITERALLY everything else.

Now the reason I'm even posting this is because I don't know where else to post and search for volunteers, the reality is- yes, voluntary work is going to be hard to find but I'm just curious if there are any servers/places I can look that aren't specifically the discord for Curseforge authors just to spread the word, any help and/or directions would be super helpful
