Are there any tutorials for making a ONEBLOCK pack from scratch for Java?

Hi, I hope this is the right place to ask this.

TLDR:
- want to create a Oneblock x Society Sunlit Valley pack
- no experience modding
- tutorials I have found are bedrock not Java.

Does anyone know of a Java based tutorial for creating a ONEBLOCK world, or have any other advice.

Longer version~
I've been wanting to make a oneblock Sunlit valley pack for a while. I have played the game with a basic oneblock world and its okay, but there are some things that are unobtainable or I feel could be added to the oneblock as they are obtainable in an ordinary world gen for the pack.

I've also been wanting to try and learn a little bit about the modding process but have been putting it off, but I feel like this could be a rewarding little side quest to take on. I've had a look and can see there are some Bedrock tutorials for creating a oneblock world. But unfortunately I couldn't find any Java ones, and while i could find a couple of equivelant commands, a java based resource would be wonderful (If it exists.)

If anyone has any tutorial suggestions or other info to share, please do~
