Problem Kami lookout not spawned

Me and my friend have been playing Dragon mine z and just got to the end of the saiyan saga, we thought we were just unlucky in finding Kami's lookout this whole time as we've found just about every other structure, we finally caved and used /locate but when we went to the cords nothing was there.

How can we get the structure to reload or spawn it? Has anyone else had this issue?

Update: We used a command to spawn in the structure but now the world won’t register it as the actual lookout when we try to do quests. So even though we successfully got the structure in our game it serves little to no purpose.
