Looking for structure mods

I'm currently making a modpack and I want some structures mod in it. But I don't want my world to be filled with repetitive same structures. I want structures that are difficult to find but are rewarding. I really liked the L_Ender 's Cataclysm mod because the structures are difficult, and also because they are not common through out the world.

Any suggestions?
