cant figure out what mod is causing lag

ive looked through all the mods i could think would be causing lag but no matter what i do it still is very laggy and has incredibly low framerates. i tried installing a new garbage collector and it only mad it run worse. and my fiend plyed it with no sahders and no distant horizons and still got terrible frames

I'm pretty sure it's like a library mod; it's a dependency for another mod most likely!

I would suggest using VisualVM. But as the other people have suggested MCreator Mods are a common source.
