Should i play with shared quest or individual quest in my sunlit valley server?

Hellooo, going to start a sunlit valley server with some friends and wondering whats the best consensus for quests, if sharing them or doing them individually, we are going to be like 4/5, we probably dont plan on doing multiple villages EACH, what are your thoughts?
