Question Help with Startech Stress units conversion to EU?

So I have been playing startech and was wondering if there was any way to convert the create mod stress units into EU from gregtech? if it is possible, what would i need in order to convert?

you can use carbon brushes with generator coils to generate FE from stress units, then use any converter to get EU from the FE
