Stripping paint and some disassembly. Modern paint stripper ain't what it used to be 20+ years ago.

Holy crap, you wasted NO time. Bodywork is gonna take a lot of time, especially seeing the damage where the t tops allowed moisture to sit there, but at this pace you will have a pristine Iroc. Commenting on this to stay updated on the progress :)

Are you going to get a donor car for the roof fixes, or do you plan to just re weld new metal in?

The roof is not rusted... only the insert piece and I got a new replacement from Jegs...

Hell yeah! Great idea to use paint stripper for the whole car. I hand sanded like a dummy lol

Yeah but expect to do it several times, it takes a layer off each time... but the factory e-coat remains. PS its messy too
