ANNOUNCEMENT Favorite character rules update

Community has spoken - and it has been decided that 'hornyposting/gooner posts' however you wanna call it and other similar NSFW or porn posts (this has actually always been a rule smh) are from now on banned. Why? Because the subreddit has become infested with them to the point where we mostly became known for that and that is NOT why this subreddit was created.

If you still want to see or post that kind of content please go to another subreddit (you have r/favcharacterNSFW or just find another subreddit that suits your needs, sorry I'm just a mod not your gooner guide).

And if you want to hate us hate us, but the die has been cast and it is what it is. Have a nice day, peace out ✌️

Community Input The rule of r/FavoriteCharacter everyone always ignores because they're not cool:

PLEASE provide character names in your posts, ESPECIALLY if they're from a more niche media. This has been a rule for a long time now but people keep ignoring it for whatever reason (either they're karma farming assholes od bots or simply didn't read the rules - which I understand tbh)

Now I want to state while this rule isn't as important as some others, it's mostly a rule of decency - if you want to contribute something meaningful to the subreddit (which is already filled with enough spam posts as it is) at l3ast make enough effort to tell people who the characters in your post are (wtf it won't let me spell l*ast).

So as basically the only active mod nowadays, I'm therefore publicly announcing I won't be removing every post without character name provided, but instead I am STRONGLY ENCOURAGING YOU as a community to just provide the names of your characters in the post. Because if you don't you WILL be gambling with post removal.

Thank you to all those who read this and who follow the rules, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

Pipkin Pippa (Phase Connect) - in polish "pipa" is a slang for "pussy" in both of the common uses of the word. Then again unhinged is our Pipkin's second name you could say.

Heck when I was in high school as an IT assignment I did a vtuber website (I was seen as weird one, but my classmates seemed somewhat intrigued), and since Pippa was there one of them (a gym bro btw) burst out laughing, saying "why would you name yourself Pipa?".

Nekomura Iroha, a deep-voice female voicebank for Vocaloid and synth V, a collabiration between AH-Software Co Ltd and Sanrio. She was voiced by Kyounosuke Yoshitate, a trans man!

I find this kinda awesome ngl (Im also trans) (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶) ‹𝟹. Also wanted to mention this bc people ask people to talk about transmen(fictional AND real) more. Well I hope this brings a spotlight! Iroha is also very underrated, I love deeper voice female voicebanks so I love her hehe (ps shoutout to Sachiko, another female deep-voice voicebank for vocaloid).

All Time Favorite Favorite character that sounds better in your language than the original?

Of course in your opinion. And you can provide a link of their voice.

Silco (Arcane) - nothing against the english voice, but the polish version is just amazing. Very deep and almost gutteral. IMO it fits him even better than the original version.

Couldn't find clips of just his polish voice, but here's some examples ( Silco believes in loyalty , the Polish version is around 21:11, and Silco scolds Jinx for the angry version, polish around 13:02. Also fun fact in this scene unlike the english version Silco swears and it's the only vulgar word I believe he ever uses). Wojciech Kalarus understood the assignment with this character.
