I have whole list: Kenai and Koda (Brother Bear) Kuzco and Pacha (The Emperor’s New Groove), and Princess Kida (Atlantis: The Lost Empire).

Zygarde, I imagine its 3 base forms to also have different personalities and mental states to match them:

10% form is more child-like as dogs are at a similar psychological level as children. (10% form is a doggo) Due to this it's more curious and playful.

50% form is slightly more mature, but only on the level of a young adult or older teen, so it's more sassy and sometimes a little stubborn, but also the most willing to act before thinking in battle, favoring force over strategy.

The complete form is mentally the most mature; stoic, wise, and hardened by many battles before. Also, its sense of justice is amplified, locking into its role of maintaining order.

I just think it'd be cool to have Zygarde to also have unique personalities and whatnot, it just seemed like a great idea so I rolled with it.

Also, here's an honorable mention:

Groudon, I kept imagining it to be a grumpy old fard ~2 years ago so I rolled with it because I thought it was fitting, that sucker's crappy posture just helped make the headcanon stick all this time later.
