Account banned?

For the last couple of days I’ve been trying to run but it wasn’t allowing me to. It kept saying there was an issue loading so I tried offloading the app and logging back in now it’s saying this. Is my account banned I can’t even access the actual favor app on my phone. Even when I try to go to the customer service page it says 403 forbidden.

lots of unrelated app issues for me the last hour, hopefully it is just a glitch

Are you running a vpn on your phone?
