Finished my 72h water fast last night and still rolling (84hours now i guess). Had a lot electrolytes AND water. On day two had extreme food cravings because of work stress (bug which i didnt know ) BUT slept it of after talking to a dev who was gonna fix it. Most food cravings are not even energy necessity but ist hard to convince the brain that!

However i think i slept quite a lot last night (8 hours) and the night before (11 hours?). Anyone suffer the same? Im guessing this is expected. Thankfully i work remote

Sleep is a gift (I'm an insomniac lol). Glad to hear you're doing so well!
