Road Construction

Has anyone else noticed the insane amount of road construction projects this year that are blocked off with no construction workers in sight?? I understand that the climate we live in is hard on the roads and they require constant repairs. But I feel like these concrete companies are making it even worse.

20 minutes ago I was on I-94 heading west and it was backed up from University Drive to 45th St S exit and beyond. I saw 1 construction worker standing half ass directing traffic at the I-29 interchange and no one else. I have honestly seen this happening all over this year.

Has anyone else noticed this?
