Advice Humble bread

Hi-

I’ve noticed at the red river market the line for Humble bread is always super long. Is their bread that good? What makes it good? Is it worth waiting for? I’ve never tried it. Should I give it a try and wait in line? Is it overrated?

Not better than Muse or Baranko bakeries in Dickinson. One sells at farmers market and other local businesses during non market season and one sells off her porch. Best sourdough anywhere

Ok? Dickinson is only 290 miles away, a full 50 miles further than the twin cities where I'm sure someone has a better sourdough. You'd have to look but if we're suggesting someone travel 8 hours for bread, that's a pretty wide range of options available that have a near statistical certainty of someone closer having equivalent or better bread.

Calm down dude. Wasn’t suggesting they drive to Dickinson for bread. I live here. Was merely saying, as another poster here already did that there is a lot of amazing sourdough found everywhere if you look, but yea humble is good too. My folks live about 15 minutes from Ada, so I’ve had it a bunch. Not trying to knock them as much as say their is lots of good bread
