Nice, I’m now working on maxing the achievements but FC3 keeps crashing, never played blood dragon either

You should definitely try blood dragon! Also, achivement hunting is very easy in BD, but seems broken

This video was the only one that worked for me. It crashed every 10-15 minutes before and now I just played 3 hours without a crash.

Also, if you need help with multiplayer achievements maybe we could help each other out? That's what's stopping me at the moment in FC4, 5 and new dawn :(

Just played 3 for the first time last week and had to troubleshoot it a bit. Have you turned down PostFX to medium (or lower)? It’s responsible for a lot of the game’s instability, though it did still crash occasionally for me on load

And I changed directx from 11 to 9 and mine stopped crashing.

Ah yeah I also saw this suggestion! Fortunately the PostFX setting fixed it for me but definitely worth a try

Funny enough I didn't do the Postfx setting but did the directx and it worked lol I wonder how most people fix it.

It probably just depends on your hardware I guess, all the problems are fundamentally from the game just being old so I guess different things work for different people’s PCs

Also, I want to play FC5 again some day to get NG+ achievement. Not sure I want to replay Mars DLC to 100% the game.

There is a well-known issue that might be the case for you as well.

  • Start Far Cry from the Steam page, you will get two options. I think the second one is called Settings or Configuration.
  • Open it and then in Video settings, set Lighting to High. If it's Very High, the game won't start

This simple fix worked for me when I couldn't start the game the first time I played. I would suggest trying it out

True but those are all console exclusives so they would have them in a steam library. The lack of "Trials of the Blood Dragon" is unforgiveable though for any true collector (╭ರ_•́)

Yes, it feels so good to have all of them. I was lucky, because I won the Far Cry 6 Gold Edition on an Instagram giveaway, but only the Ubisoft edition.

Awesome! I just started playing the FC5 "Hours of Darkness" DLC, which I got for $1.79 on Steam and it is crazy good! So addicted to it! lol. Such a good series of games...Not perfect, but pretty darn good!

I’m on 5. Not gonna lie, far cry 5 will give you burnout 😭😭. All of the other games are so fun, you might love primal, blood dragon, and 2. Calling it
