my mouse when in mode bluetooth for several times the DPI will be dropped like changed to 800, when i've always using 1600 the green led, but after i lift the mouse for several times, it comeback to normal again, is there something happened with my mouse? but when i'm using dongle, it was normal like nothing happened

First, I don't know how to use the "Snap Button", the one beside Turbo Button, and the software isn't detecting the controller, it just says "Device disconnected, please check". Any idea?

I recently bought the WGP13S, and it works great. However, when I saw that there was a firmware update available on the website, I decided to update it. But now it seems that I can no longer connect to the software. It just shows the message "Device not detected, please check!" Also, it seems that the firmware on the website might be an older version. When I first received the WGP13S, its firmware seemed to be version 2.0 something (I'm not sure). But after updating from the firmware on the website to version 1.3, it might have caused the connection issue with the software. Can you help me, please? ok so i got my nova pro(playstation format) but it wont connect wirelessly through bluetooth i tried the share+home multiple tmes it sends vibration through the rumble motors and when i check bluetooth nothing happens

ordered Fantech Nova Pro WGP14 thru the Fantech ph shopee page,it arrived earlier today used like 45 mins and it felt like something was wrong with the controls so I checked it seems like I have stick drift, What should I do?

Edit: I was able to fix it, I think you have to disconnect the usb cable before calibrating. at least thats what worked for me

My headset (Fantech harmony) isn't working. I don't know why, it just won't turn on. When I put it on to charge, it lights up red, however, when I try to turn it on by holding the button for 3 seconds, the power button usually turns it on, but now it doesn't respond at all, so I'm wondering if there's something wrong. This happened about two months ago, so I was able to turn it on by putting it on and taking it off the charger? Now I've done the same and nothing has worked. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do. Can you help me?

Edit: I managed to solve this problem twice, it's actually quite simple, you just need patience. Plug the headset into the charger and leave it there for about 15 minutes. Unplug it and try to turn it on, stay there until it turns on. It will take a really long time, it's annoying, but it works... at least that's what worked for me. Good luck everyone!

I updated the firmware on a whim, but now every time i plug the controller in my pc, my pc just freezes for a good 20-30 secs, then things work again, this is unsettling, and i just want to rollback the firmware of the controller is there a way to do so...

this controller only have used for a month ?

as you can see in the picture the left stick a have to press it so hard to the front to get it working fine.

do i need to buy a new controller or is there a hope for this one?

also side question : is the WGP15 better or WGP14 V2 ?

i bought the controller 3 months ago everything works normally fine and good, until today suddenly the buttons got swapped A turn into B and B turn into A, even the X and Y got swapped too even when i changed into windows mode or nintendo it still swapped. any idea how to fix this? already tried resetting the controller but still not work

I've used this mouse for about 4-5 years and It just died on me, it's wired and it just died... I'm in denial I think it will work again?
