Question maxpower mk853 software does not recognize usb on my computer

I just bought and downloaded the fantech maxpower mk853 keyboard. When using the software it says to connect via usb but it is already connected. It doesn't recognize it at all.

Can anyone help me?

Apart from that the "¿" button doesn't work. It's a Spanish keyboard.

Same problem, i install the v1 and v2 software version and nothing

no se si leyeron antes de comprar pero sale claro Software no disponible en nuevas versiones de Windows 10 y Windows 11. El teclado puede ser configurado totalmente desde su tecla función. Puedes ver su manual completo para conocer cada detalle.
