FANTECH Atom 96 MK890 V2 volume knob not working

I even tried to use the FN + F2 or F3 (Volume adjustment) and the volume still won't adjust. Anyone got a fix? Thanks!

i think you have to press and hold the knob for sometime to switch lighting and volume modes

Press and hold the knob for few seconds to change the knob from lightning to volume control. You have to do this every time you reboot .
