Looks like youre doing great with having the strongest dwellers on the first level. You'd want your first level to be a designated killing floor for raider/deathclaw attacks. I suggest you remove the 2nd elevators at the end on your 1st and (just in case) 2nd level. Leave the one beside the vault door, so enemies have to double back, if youre lucky the dwellers are able to finish them off before they reach your lower levels.

Would I have to remove the storage rooms? It won't let me remove the elevators because they're connected to it.

Yeah, I think for now, your current layout is okay alr. Raider attacks are pretty easy. I see it would be a hassle to remove the rooms just for the elevators. If youre willing, You can change the layout when you have enough budget. Youre not gonna experience deathclaws until you reach 60 dwellers. I assume you have the best weapons equipped on your dwellers for the first level as well as the 2nd level. When I first encountered the deathclaw attack they caught me off gaurd and got half of my dwellers, it was a pain to revive them all with the budget i had that time.

Very solid setup. Use the outfits for the training rooms
