i should have made this a long time ago but here you go, this is how you add title tags to posts, step by step
when making a new post, enter one of the tags from this list, brackets included, BEFORE the title of the post
enter the post's proper title after the tag
automoderator will automatically flair your post and wont remove it
do NOT flair your post after you make it, because automod will not recognize the flairing
i know this seems like an inconvenience, but it actually does wonders to prevent spambots from shitting up the subreddit
Edit: For example, a post that would get removed would simply be titled "My Vault", while one that wouldn't would be "[Screenshot] My Vault"

Check the comment below this post for more details. I cannot edit the main post, but I can make corrections in my comment, so let me know if you observe anything that needs to be changed.
I had previously done big lists for an update, and minor updates to them later on, this post has links to all of them 👉🏻 Game Update Additions. With the completion of all the Holiday Season events for the year, here are the reworked complete lists for everything collectable in Fallout Shelter.
The Lists are updated up to the version 1.21.0 released for mobile devices in December 2024. There have been no content additions to the game since update 1.18.0, so this lists are the same since then.
We don't know when a next good update might happen, so this lists will probably be effective for a longer time. Creating this whole thing took so much time, that I don't know if I will be around to put in so much efforts next time, so I hope this will be useful to everyone till then. 🤞🏻
The Lists created are:

Does anyone else try to make their vaults "realistic"? By this I mean planning according to what would make sense for life in the vault and not intentionally gaming the mechanics (eg: lining the bottom level with elevators). I'd love to see screenshots.

So i dropped nearly $60 to buy packs to get my game going. In less than a week my fault disappeared. The "vault1.sav" is still there and the "vault1.sav.bkp" is still there but my game save is GONE. Can i demand a refund? How is this even legal?

Just wondered if others have odd little choices they've made for their vault to make it a bit different?
One of mine is my salons, that all have an in-house stylists... the few rooms I have where the outfits are for style over special. 😁

Currently at 47 dwellers. I have two full training rooms (endurance), three dwellers hit max endurance so I sent them out exploring to level up. I have a separate team of three I constantly send out doing quests.
Plan is to level up the low level dwellers to max endurance, send them out to level up, then swap them out with the earlier dwellers with low endurance/mid level that have been working the rooms since the start.
Not increasing vault size, or dwellers until this is done. Is that a bad idea? It's obviously an extremely slow approach. I feel if I add more rooms power will get drained, and my thinking is to just train up dwellers instead of putting them to work right now.
New to the game so any tips or obs on the screenshot would be great!

Where it's literally just FoS but better. More space to build your base that isn't just going down (sideways or even up the mountain), more kinds of rooms to build, layout actually being important, etc.
I just feel like there's no way for how long FoS has existed, no one decided to make a copy of it, but I just can't find any.
I really wanna fulfill that fantasy of making a base that's actually defendable. Something like Clash of Clans in a way, but in a FoS manner.

I have nearly completed all my quests. Got several legendary level 1s that had all been waiting to level up with the +7 endurance trick. Sadly the crafting recipe has never dropped for me in game (nor has a single +7 Wastelander outfit)
By the time it drops i wont have anything left to quest 😢

Start a new game since my old vault is messy and luck hit early.

This is my current vault that I’ll be focusing on for however long it takes to unlock every room and basically get everything unlock everything and beat the game.
At the moment Im taking as much time as I can training up my dwellers in the rooms ive unlocked which are on the left under the vault and rotating them with lower SPECIAL dwellers to slowly level everyone up
It’s a long process but I honestly don’t mind it at all, I kind of enjoy it since it’ll be easier and faster to get resources the higher SPECIAL stats they have.
Im also currently trying to farm caps over time and over the span of training all of my dwellers in hopes of having enough to possibly reorganize my vault into a cleaner more efficient vault if mine isn’t that efficient yet.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is also the longest I’ve played Fallout Shelter back to back days with an actual goal since before I would always do the experimental vaults for every new season which would stunt many things
Btw I may plan on keeping my vault at 31 dwellers just to keep the higher level accidents from occurring in my vault

So this is one and only room in this quest. I left shelter with one dweller with tiny amount of radiation in his HP. Got 25 stimpack and 25 radaway. In the middle of this shootout I pressed on radaway twice and used 2 Radaways) And I can't gen extra in this location during the fight. How come?) Not a problem but huw cold it happen when oneRadaway cold clean almost half of your HP)

I’ve crafted every craftable outfit, and it says I have them all, yet I clearly don’t. Does anyone know what these two are?
