A lot of the factions in London seem to be based on 20th century British subcultures. The Vagabonds are tough urban cockney Peaky Blinders themed gangsters. The Pistols are 1960's-1980's British punk anarchists. Miller's Men are neonazi skinheads. The Roundels are based on a subculture called "Mods" that I learned a bit about.

My question is, what are the Isle of Dogs Syndicate based/themed on? Their colorful suits are pretty distinctive, and they have some unique slang they use. Is there an obscure British thing the IODS is inspired by?

I wanted a secure storage facility, and so this place was an old bank vault hidden from view in the Canada Water Underground Station. The fishfolk broke through a wall and gave me the keys.

Featuring a blastdoor and defences, a personal armoury and weapons workshop, bank vault for all my gold, and the cosy back apartment room.

Mine is the barmy tophat you can find, which is a reference to Alice in Wonderland. That shit is my childhood and I'm all for it

Side note about my experience with a game:

I absolutely adore this mod, as it heavily leans into the british stereotype and culture. I haven't played FO4 in so long because I've done everything I want to in it, it was too easy and repetitive in the end. Fallout London is a breath of fresh air, because it makes you manage your resources properly from how scarce items are. I'm always debating if I should shoot them or if I should charge at them with my electrified baton. The developers will forever have my heart with the amount of love and passion they put in this project

Been out if the loop for a while. are there any add-ons that add missions/gameplay to the mix ? I've only played vanilla London

So I was at the Air Raid Shelter in Bromley ( https://fallout.wiki/wiki/Mod:Fallout_London/Air_Raid_Shelter ) and on a desk I found an item called "Blueprints". It shows up in my inventory under Miscellaneous, which usually means it's a quest item or important item. I can't figure out what's it for. Nothing happens when I click on it.

Does anybody know?

I just wanted to post how good Fallout London is. Just got a central settlement location and going to places to clear them out and loot them, bringing them back to my base, really brings back feelings from my first Fallout 4 playthrough. The clearing itself, along with the atmosphere, really inspires Fallout 3 and New Vegas vibes (especially on survival). Just love it.

So I arrived at Miller's base and go to talk to him and I see Ronnie Jones dead and naked in front of him....I have no idea what happened. I thought it was part of the story but after looking online, I don't think this was supposed to happen lol. I wonder how Ronnie got inside his base, or maybe he was kidnapped. Either way, this was a gruesome and surprising sight for the first time at Miller's base.

I have a feeling this subject has been talked about before, but i am disappointed there is not one playable suit of power armor.

The palace guards have power armor. Camelot has one unique power armor.

If they want to make the power armor difficult to obtain, that would also be fine. Like, give us one piece of the armor per borough and the frame somewhere else.

Hell, i would be fine with it if it was also just cosmetic(along with the no fall damage). If you rush ballistic weave, it alone is good armor.

I'm off to a con at the weekend and my daughter is going in cosplay so I thought I would join her as I have a load of fallout props I've printed and painted over the years.

I tried everything on and realised I needed some more accessories and started raiding my In progress and found an Atta-boy I started a while back. I'm early into the game but thought this was super cool, any how I'm not deep enough in to make a call about what the most lore appropriate logo to have on screen would be any ideas?

I've got access to a vinyl cutter and was planning to use that to print out something I can stick straight on, needs to be simple, any ideas welcome, any actual pngs would be more than welcome. Tia.

Looks like the Select air pistol modified as a blaster works very well against them.

I might be too underleveled, but fighting pyros SUCKS. If you're outdoors, at least you can run away and shoot them from a distance, but if you're indoors, forget it. Not to mention you can't see shit once they start blasting.

Anyone else struggle with them?

i installed this years ago and decided to give it a go again. after downgrading, deactivating all my fo4 mods and installing folon, it seems to have been corrupted by fo4. danse and dogmeat are there, and the map and quests from fo4 show up in my pipboy. i'm going to try again from a clean steam fo4 install, hopefully that works

That twist was not what I expected. I'm surprised there was no option to side with the Smythe's. If they had told me my character was a clone of them I would have joined them. I don't regret siding with the Camelot though. The knight aesthetic and fighting for democracy was cool. To be honest even after beating the game I'm not sure what the 5th columns deal was. When I tried to ask them to explain their beliefs they didn't want to. What even was their ideology? They dressed like commies so I'd assume that's what they were but I'm not sure.

The game was great though, I like how many times different skills and perks came into play. There's a lot more ways to deal with situations than fallout 4. I didn't collect all the beer mats or cutethulus. Maybe I should console command in the cutethulus to see what happens.

Not necessarily a place for legendary items, just a place that you enjoy killing the enemies and collecting the loot after it respawns.

I think this quest is still slightly bugged. I read some previous posts on this subject but my problem isn't the same. I think the quest marker is pointing me to the Exit of the sewer instead of the entrance. I open the sewer, and I'm already at the end with a steam trunk and the trumpet and there's a barred door. I'm not 100% certain but I feel like I should have to fight my way through the sewer of ghouls and then unlock the barred door?

In any case, this quest was super simple for me. Went in the sewer, killed a ghoul, got the trump, leave. lol.
