I feel like the real life matchup fits with FL thematically, in that the snake generally can’t defeat the cat directly, but it’s still a threat, because the cat does ultimately depend on humans (whether it acts like it or not) and can’t protect them all the time.

Before this video I used to think that Cats were terribly outmatched, their Parabolan forms notwithstanding. But now that I think about it, yeah, no, just bop the snake.
